We collect name, email, phone, booking and traveller details, payment data handled by our providers, and device, IP and usage logs. We process them to perform our contract, meet legal duties, and on freely given, withdrawable consent. 3. Sharing, retention and your rights

Data goes only to tour operators, hotels, insurers and IT providers, and to authorities where law requires, and is kept no longer than necessary. Write to contact@helymridge.com to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
