2. Scope
These Terms govern tour bookings on helymridge.com. By booking, you accept them. We comply with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII On Electronic Commerce, and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX On Consumer Protection.
3. Booking
A contract forms on our confirmation email. You must give accurate details. We provide pre-contract info, tour operator identity, contract terms, insurance, cancellation per Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР, Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР On Tourism.
4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund
Prices are in the checkout currency, taxes included unless stated. Cancellation terms depend on the tour and are shown before booking. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
5. Liability
We are liable for travel services. Our liability is limited to the total booking price except where law provides otherwise. We are not liable for events beyond our control.
6. Complaints
Contact contact@helymridge.com. We respond within statutory deadlines under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX On Consumer Protection.
7. Language
Consumer info is available in Ukrainian per Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII, Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language.
8. Advertising
Advertising is accurate and substantiated per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР, Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР On Advertising.
